Ground floor: The entrance to the villa, at the rear of the south-facing private terrace, leads into a light and airy lounge overlooking the terrace and outdoor dining area. Cosy and homely, it is well-furnished. Adjoining the lounge is a fitted kitchen, complete with cooker, electric hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and toaster. This level also features a separate dining room with seating for six, built-in cupboards for extra storage and a bathroom with bath and WC.

Outside, the south-facing terrace, which has pleasant views to the swimming pool and decked relaxation area, sun loungers, BBQ and solid wood furniture for al fresco dining.
First floor: The bright and spacious master bedroom has a king size 160cm double bed, dressing area and a south-facing balcony with swimming pool and sea views. There is a large en-suite with walk-in shower, WC, washbasin. A further bedroom has twin beds and built-in wardrobes.

Basement: There is a utility area with a washing machine, patio drying area and storage space for water sports equipment.This is a hidden gem where you encounter only the local fishermen and a few more adventurous travellers. However due to this island being so small it is still only a 40 minutes drive from the main airport and in easy reach of all Lanzarote’s other great experiences.
